ABOUT DR. CHEN aka DR. GRACE
Where Compassion Meets Expertise
Dr. Grace is a dedicated clinician with close to a decade of experience working as a veterinarian. Over the years, she has followed her passion for veterinary medicine around the world. Dr. Grace received her Bachelor’s Degree from McGill University with a Major in Biochemistry followed by a Veterinary Medical degree from the University of Queensland, Australia.

With the goal of becoming a proficient and well rounded veterinarian early in her career, she pursued further training by completing a one-year small animal medicine and surgery rotating internship at The BluePearl Specialty and Emergency referral Hospital in New York City, followed by a rigorous one-year surgical specialty internship at the Las Vegas Veterinary Specialty Center in Las Vegas.
Dr. Grace practiced Emergency and General Medicine in New York City for close to half a decade before relocating to Los Angeles in 2023. Dr. Grace started her journey as a home-visit veterinarian shortly after moving to Los Angeles and has found this unique type of care the most fulfilling.
Dr. Grace,s professional interests include all aspects of general medicine including preventative care, nutrition, internal medicine, chronic disease management, soft tissue surgery and dentistry.
Dr. Grace is a category I USDA-accredited veterinarian.

Rob plays an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Bel-Air Veterinary, helping ensure that each client experience is smooth, organized, and thoughtfully managed. With a strong focus on coordination and attention to detail, he works behind the scenes to create a seamless process from scheduling to follow-up.

His approach is grounded in reliability and clear communication, allowing pet owners to feel informed and supported at every step. Rob is committed to maintaining the high standard of care and professionalism that defines the concierge veterinary experience.

Pablo is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every client and their pet. With a natural ability to connect with people, he brings a calm and thoughtful presence to each interaction, helping pet owners feel comfortable and confident in their care decisions.

He is especially passionate about guiding clients through each stage of the visit, ensuring their questions are answered and their concerns are addressed with patience and clarity. Pablo’s client-first approach plays an important role in delivering a personalized, in-home veterinary experience.
